What are the current daily fees?

Kanata: $22 for infant, toddler and preschool care. Arnprior: $22 for infants and toddlers, $21.74 for preschool, $14.18 for before and after school, or $12 for either session. See the fee table for base fees and CWELCC rates.

What is the difference between base fees and CWELCC fees?

Both Heritage centres participate in Canada-wide Early Learning and Child Care (CWELCC). Our fee table separates the base schedule before the reduction from the reduced parent rate. Eligible families pay the applicable reduced rate, not both amounts. Your centre confirms eligibility and the rate for your program.

Why do I pay for statutory holidays and planned closures?

Your fees cover the place reserved for your child under your enrolled schedule. A daily rate is how we calculate that fee; it is not a drop-in price charged only when your child attends. Statutory holidays and agreed planned closures remain paid days. Staffing, premises and other ongoing costs continue throughout the year. See your enrolment agreement for the closure calendar and any credit arrangements.

How paid days work
When do I need to pay?

Please pay your child’s fees daily, in line with your payment agreement. A paid closure day does not cancel the fee. If an invoice looks wrong or you need to discuss a payment, contact us so Jude can review it privately.

Which programs are offered?

Kanata offers infant, toddler and preschool programs. Arnprior offers those programs plus before- and after-school care. We’ll help you find the right program and discuss current availability.

Who can help with the waiting list?

Contact your centre supervisor about availability and the waiting list. An enquiry or tour does not reserve a space or confirm enrolment.

Lunch and morning and afternoon snacks are prepared on site. Speak with your centre before your child starts so we can discuss allergies and individual food needs together.

How will I hear about my child’s day?

We use Lillio, formerly HiMama, to keep families connected with the centre. It’s where you can receive updates and communicate with the team. Ask your supervisor for your family’s invitation and help getting started.

When can my child return after an illness?

The timing depends on the symptoms. For vomiting or diarrhea, the general wait is at least 48 hours after the last episode. Respiratory symptoms should be improving for at least 24 hours, with no fever or fever-reducing medicine. Our illness guide explains the timeline and when to seek specific advice.

How do I arrange medication at the centre?

Please speak with your supervisor before bringing medication. The team will explain the authorization form, original-container requirements and any individual care arrangements. Keep medication details out of the website enquiry form.

Who can help with an invoice or payment problem?

Jude handles invoices, balances, refunds and other account-specific questions privately. Contact your centre to arrange that conversation. The website helper cannot access your account.

Does the helper save my questions?

No. It matches your question to reviewed answers on your device. It does not send your question to an AI service or save the conversation. Closing it clears the chat. Please leave out names, medical histories and account details.
