Which amount will I pay?
The base fee shows the schedule before the CWELCC reduction. The current parent fee shows the reduced amount where your child is eligible. You do not add the two columns together.
Your centre confirms eligibility and the rate that applies to your child’s program. Individual subsidies and account adjustments are discussed privately.

Why are statutory holidays and planned closures paid?
Your child’s fee holds an ongoing licensed space under the enrolment agreement. The daily figure is the unit used to calculate that regular fee; it does not turn the placement into drop-in care.
On agreed statutory holidays and planned closure days, the centre still carries the year-round cost of keeping that space available: trained staff, program planning, facilities, insurance and administration. Your signed agreement and closure calendar explain which days are paid.
Think of the place, not a single attendance day
Families are paying for continuity of care and a place in the program across the enrolment period. If you have a question about a particular charge, the centre will review your account privately.
Questions about your own account?
Invoices, balances, refunds and payment problems are handled privately. Contact your centre and ask for an account review.
